| ELITE Aggregates is a lightweight, high strength, synthetic aggregate manufactured from recycled materials, and has been designed as an environmentally friendly replacement for other lightweight aggregates that are being used today. ELITE Aggregates has been issued six U.S. patents.
ELITE Aggregates uses up to 45% by volume of bottom ash, and up to 45% by volume of expanded polystyrene and plastics. Multiple weights are available based on your specific needs. ELITE Aggregates could greatly reduce the amount of solid waste materials currently dumped into landfills. ELITE can replace ASTM C-330 and ASMT C-331 mineral based lightweight aggregates with it's patented synthetic rock, at a significant cost and weight savings to the producer.

ELITE Aggregates weighs between 43 to 54 pounds per cubic foot with a compressive strength of
2,000 to 5,000 psi, and an average strength of 3,500 psi. ELITE Aggregates in concrete will produce a high strength,
lightweight concrete with the capability to be cut, screwed, and nailed with standard construction tools. Using
ELITE Aggregates as the aggregate base in various concrete mixes then yields compressive strengths of 5,000 psi at 95.8
pounds per cubic foot and a tensile strength of 535 psi. ELITE Aggregates will produce both a lightweight and high strength concrete.
Concrete blocks with compressive strength of 2,000 psi weight about 40 lbs. ELITE Aggregates' block made with synthetic aggregate and the same psi weighs only 22 pounds (45% lighter than the standard concrete block). |

ELITE Aggregates was issued a certificate for “Proof of Process of Manufacturing and Aggregate
testing” through Commercial Testing Laboratory of Denver. ELITE Aggregates meets the following standards as prescribed
